Mubasher: Jiyad Holding Co has purchased a 99% stake in Mazaya for Buying and Selling Stocks and Bonds, a Kuwaiti limited liability company (LLC).

This stake was valued at KWD 5.6 million, while the bought equity rights totalled KWD 5.65 million, as registered on the purchase date, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.

The financial impact from this deal will reflect on the income statements for the period ending on 31 December 2017.

At the stock level, Jiyad closed Sunday’s session 2.1% higher at 63.2 fils after 3.44 million shares were traded.
